I went in for a cleaning and as a new resident in Erie. I was scared to open up about my dental care, as I am very insecure about my teeth. The dentist was very observant and Kind. Overall great experience! Every one was very kind here. I will definitely be coming back!

I DREADED going to the dentist due to anxiety and didn’t go for 5 years until I had a broken tooth abscess last year. I called Dental arts of Erie, never going there before and they got me in IMMEDIATELY even as a new client at the time. Since then, Dr. Theisen has done nothing but amazing work for my teeth, from fillings, to a crown, a tooth extraction, and now I will be starting Invisalign soon. He explains everything with great detail before he does it, and the rest of his team is just as amazing! The receptionist has answered many questions I’ve had due to my insurance being out of network when I first started going, and has been nothing but helpful every time I’ve gone. The team there truly cares. Thank you for helping me learn to love my smile again!

5/5 recommend. I have went to two other offices in Erie before I found Dental Arts of Erie. I was told by a previous dentist that I would need a root canal and crown done on a tooth that only ended up needing a filling replaced, that alone should tell you that a second opinion could end up saving you thousands of dollars with one tooth alone. Dr. Theisen fixed that filling the same day, on my first appointment along with X-rays and a cleaning. I have always been embarrassed of my smile with missing teeth I had pulled years ago, but I felt comfortable and at ease with a breezy plan in place moving forward. From my first impression with the lovely office staff to a quick replacement of a filling to the treatment plan, everything was perfect with my visit. You are given options to fit your budget, you are not mislead for any unnecessary upsales ( Yes, this is a real thing in dentistry locally) and they even offer payment plans if needed. I have yet to meet a more professional and caring dentist in Erie. Thank you!

I really respect Dr. Thiesen. His compassion shines through. His work is thorough. He is more than willing to safely and with as little pain, hear your problems and start to fix them. The entire office is worth 5 stars (6 for Ruby).

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist but Dr Tim is such a down to earth personal dentist. He takes the time to explain everything to you and made me feel comfortable and treated like he really cared. Not just like you're just a patient but a human being with fears. I would highly recommend him if you're like me. Also his staff is amazing too along with his dog Ruby
